As we enter this season of giving, I want to celebrate and thank the incredible team that makes CAASA’s work possible our advocates, staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners. Each of you is essential in shaping the safety, hope, and healing we provide to survivors across Northwest Iowa.

This year, we have faced challenges, embraced opportunities, and continued to grow stronger as an organization. Your dedication, resilience, and collaboration have driven every success—from late-night crisis calls answered, to families supported, to communities educated. Your commitment demonstrates the power of leadership in action: leading with compassion, vision, and integrity.

Together, we are not only responding to crises we are creating a culture of empowerment, healing, and trust. I am proud to lead such a devoted, innovative team that continually moves our mission forward.
